How do I take a diary out of the bottle?
Open the lid: push the cork up (cork bottle) or swipe sideways across the lid to twist it open (jam jar). You can also tap the shuffle button at the bottom right, or shake your phone firmly a few times in a row. A random diary floats up and unfolds. To read the diaries of a particular day, tap that day in the calendar at the top.
Can I edit a diary after I keep it?
No. Once a diary goes into the bottle it stays just as you wrote it that day. You can delete it with the trash button under the diary.
Where are my diaries saved?
On your phone (on iPhone they may also be in your iCloud or computer backup). There is no account or cloud sync, and we never receive your diaries.
Will I lose my diaries if I delete the app or change phones?
Deleting the app deletes your diaries. Before changing phones, go to Settings → Export notes and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone (Files, a cloud drive, email to yourself…). On the new phone, use Settings → Import notes and pick that file. The file is not encrypted, so keep it private. On iPhone, restoring a new phone from an iCloud or computer backup may also bring your diaries back; on Android they are not included in Google's cloud backup.
I forgot my app lock passcode.
There is no server, so we cannot reset it for you. If you turned on Settings → Use biometrics, tap the fingerprint button or Unlock with biometrics on the lock screen to open the app with your face or fingerprint, then set a new one in Settings → Change passcode/pattern. Otherwise, tap Forgot passcode: the app can be opened again only by erasing every diary on the phone. If you use the app lock, export your diaries from time to time.
The diaries don't move when I tilt or shake my phone.
Check that Settings → Tilt & shake is on. The bottle also stays still when your phone's "Reduce motion" (iPhone) or "Remove animations" (Android) accessibility setting is on. After changing it, close Folded Days completely and open it again.
Do I have to pay again on a new phone?
Not if the new phone uses the same store. Sign in with the same Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) you bought Folded Days with and download it again at no charge. A purchase doesn't carry over between the App Store and Google Play, so moving between iPhone and Android means buying it again there; your diaries still move with Export notes and Import notes.
How do I get a refund?
App Store: request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase, you can request it from your Google Play order history (see Google Play Help). If Google doesn't approve it, or 48 hours have passed, email attostudio.support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number (it starts with "GPA." and is in your Google Play receipt email) and we'll refund it. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

일기는 어디에 저장되나요?
폰 안에 저장돼요(iPhone에서는 iCloud나 컴퓨터 백업에 포함될 수 있어요). 계정이나 클라우드 동기화가 없고, 개발자는 일기를 받지 않아요.
앱을 지우거나 폰을 바꾸면 일기가 없어지나요?
앱을 지우면 일기도 지워져요. 폰을 바꾸기 전에 설정 → 일기 내보내기로 파일을 만들어 새 폰에서 열 수 있는 곳(파일 앱, 클라우드 드라이브, 나에게 보내는 메일 등)에 저장하세요. 새 폰에서는 설정 → 일기 가져오기로 그 파일을 고르면 돼요. 이 파일은 암호화되어 있지 않으니 다른 사람에게 보이지 않게 보관하세요. iPhone은 새 폰을 iCloud나 컴퓨터 백업으로 복원하면 일기가 돌아올 수도 있고, Android는 일기가 Google 클라우드 백업에 포함되지 않아요.
앱 잠금 비밀번호를 잊었어요.
서버가 없어서 개발자도 비밀번호를 찾아 드릴 수 없어요. 설정 → 생체 인증 사용을 켜 두었다면 잠금 화면에서 지문 버튼이나 생체 인증으로 열기를 눌러 얼굴이나 지문으로 연 뒤 설정 → 비밀번호/패턴 변경에서 새로 정하세요. 그렇지 않다면 비밀번호를 잊었어요를 누르세요. 폰의 모든 일기를 지우고 초기화해야만 다시 열 수 있어요. 앱 잠금을 쓴다면 가끔 일기를 내보내 두세요.
폰을 기울이거나 흔들어도 일기가 움직이지 않아요.
설정 → 기울이기·흔들기가 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 폰의 접근성 설정에서 '동작 줄이기'(iPhone)나 '애니메이션 제거'(Android)가 켜져 있어도 병은 움직이지 않아요. 설정을 바꾼 뒤에는 앱을 완전히 닫았다가 다시 열어 주세요.
새 폰에서 다시 결제해야 하나요?
같은 스토어를 쓰는 폰이라면 다시 결제하지 않아도 돼요. 이 앱을 산 Apple 계정(App Store) 또는 Google 계정(Google Play)으로 로그인하면 다시 무료로 내려받을 수 있어요. 다만 App Store와 Google Play 사이에는 구매가 옮겨지지 않아서 iPhone과 Android 사이를 옮길 때는 새 스토어에서 다시 사야 해요. 일기는 일기 내보내기·일기 가져오기로 옮길 수 있어요.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?
App Store: Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com)에 요청해 주세요. Google Play: 구매 후 48시간 안에는 Google Play 주문 내역에서 요청해 주세요(Google Play 고객센터 참고). Google Play에서 환불되지 않았거나 48시간이 지난 경우에도 구매일부터 7일 안이라면 개발자가 직접 환불해 드리니, 주문번호("GPA."로 시작하며 Google Play 영수증 메일에 있음)를 적어 attostudio.support@gmail.com으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 이 안내는 관련 소비자 보호 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않아요.
