How does ROLL mode work?
Switch to ROLL at the top of the camera and shoot up to 24 frames. Like a real film camera, you can't see the frames until the roll is developed. Tap Develop (or finish all 24 frames) and choose Morning delivery (9 AM) or In 1 hour (express). When it's ready you get a notification (if you allowed them), and Album → Rolls always shows the countdown. The first time you open a developed roll, its frames appear one by one; you can then share the roll's contact sheet.
Where are my photos saved?
Photos you take or import appear in the app's Album (bottom left of the camera); roll frames appear there once the roll is developed. With automatic saving on (the default: Settings → Save to Photos automatically on iPhone, Save to the gallery automatically on Android), DIGI shots and imported photos are also saved to Photos on iPhone or to your gallery (Pictures/Pangka) on Android. Roll frames can be saved once the roll is developed.
Will I lose my photos if I delete the app or change phones?
The in-app album is kept only on your device — there is no account or cloud sync. Deleting the app deletes the in-app album; photos you already saved to Photos or your gallery stay there. Before changing phones, save the photos you want to keep. On iPhone, restoring a new phone from an iCloud or computer backup may bring the album back; on Android the album is not included in Google's cloud backup.
Do I have to pay again on a new phone?
No. Sign in with the same Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) you bought Pangka with and download it again at no charge.
How do I change or turn off the date stamp?
Go to Settings → Date stamp. You can turn the LED date stamp on or off, pick the date format and set a custom date. Imported photos are stamped with the photo's original date (or your custom date, if you set one; a photo without date information gets today's date).
Can I turn off the shutter sound?
On Android, use Settings → Camera → Shutter sound. On iPhone the shutter sound is played by iOS: it follows silent mode (the Ring/Silent switch or the Action button), and on iPhones from some countries, such as Korea and Japan, it always plays.
The camera doesn't work or the screen is black.
Pangka needs camera access. On iPhone go to Settings → Apps → Pangka → Camera; on Android go to Settings → Apps → Pangka → Permissions → Camera. Without camera access you can still import photos from the Album and give them a Pangka look.
I didn't get a notification when my roll was developed.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Pangka in your device settings. On Android, battery-saving settings can delay notifications. Your roll is developed on time either way: check Album → Rolls.
How do I give an existing photo a Pangka look?
Open the Album, tap the import icon at the top right (an arrow pointing down) and pick a photo. You can compare all 8 bodies side by side and save the one you like.
How do I get a refund?
App Store: request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase, request it from your Google Play order history (see Google Play Help). After 48 hours, email attostudio.support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number (it starts with "GPA." and is in your Google Play receipt email) and we'll refund it.

롤(ROLL) 모드는 어떻게 쓰나요?

찍거나 가져온 사진은 앱의 앨범(카메라 왼쪽 아래)에 들어가요. 롤 사진은 현상이 끝나야 앨범에 나타나요. 자동 저장이 켜져 있으면(기본값, iPhone은 설정 → 사진 앱에 자동 저장, Android는 설정 → 갤러리에 자동 저장) 디카(DIGI) 사진과 가져온 사진은 iPhone의 사진 앱이나 Android 갤러리(Pictures/Pangka)에도 저장돼요. 롤 사진은 현상이 끝난 뒤 저장할 수 있어요.
앱을 지우거나 폰을 바꾸면 사진이 없어지나요?
앱 안의 앨범은 기기에만 저장돼요. 계정이나 클라우드 동기화가 없어요. 앱을 지우면 앱 안의 앨범도 지워지지만, 이미 사진 앱이나 갤러리에 저장한 사진은 그대로 남아요. 폰을 바꾸기 전에 간직할 사진을 저장해 주세요. iPhone은 새 폰을 iCloud나 컴퓨터 백업으로 복원하면 앨범이 돌아올 수 있고, Android는 앨범이 Google 클라우드 백업에 포함되지 않아요.
새 폰에서 다시 결제해야 하나요?
아니요. 팡카를 산 Apple 계정(App Store) 또는 Google 계정(Google Play)으로 로그인하면 다시 무료로 내려받을 수 있어요.
날짜 스탬프를 바꾸거나 끄려면?
설정 → 날짜 스탬프에서 LED 날짜 스탬프를 켜고 끄거나, 날짜 형식을 고르거나, 날짜를 직접 지정할 수 있어요. 가져온 사진에는 원본 촬영일이 찍혀요(날짜를 직접 지정했다면 그 날짜, 촬영일 정보가 없으면 오늘 날짜).
촬영음을 끌 수 있나요?
Android는 설정 → 카메라 → 촬영음에서 끌 수 있어요. iPhone에서는 iOS가 촬영음을 재생해요. 무음 모드(벨소리/무음 스위치 또는 동작 버튼)를 따르며, 한국·일본 등 일부 국가의 iPhone에서는 항상 소리가 나요.
카메라가 안 켜지거나 화면이 검게 나와요.
카메라 권한이 필요해요. iPhone은 설정 → 앱 → 팡카 → 카메라, Android는 설정 → 애플리케이션(또는 앱) → 팡카 → 권한 → 카메라에서 허용해 주세요. 카메라 권한이 없어도 앨범에서 사진을 가져와 팡카 룩을 입힐 수 있어요.
현상 완료 알림이 오지 않았어요.
기기 설정에서 팡카의 알림이 허용돼 있는지 확인해 주세요. Android는 배터리 절약 설정 때문에 알림이 늦게 올 수 있어요. 알림과 상관없이 현상은 제시간에 끝나니 앨범 → 롤을 확인해 보세요.
갖고 있던 사진에 팡카 룩을 입히려면?
앨범 오른쪽 위의 가져오기 아이콘(아래 화살표)을 누르고 사진을 고르세요. 8개 바디를 한 번에 비교하고 마음에 드는 룩으로 저장할 수 있어요.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?

ROLLモードの使い方は？
カメラ上部でROLLに切り替えて、最大24枚撮影できます。フィルムカメラのように、現像が終わるまで撮った写真は見られません。現像に出すをタップするか24枚撮り終えると、朝9時に現像または1時間後（特急）を選べます。仕上がると通知でお知らせし（通知を許可した場合）、アルバム → ロールでいつでも残り時間を確認できます。現像後にロールを初めて開くと写真が1枚ずつ現れ、ロールのコンタクトシートを共有できます。
写真はどこに保存されますか？
撮影・読み込みした写真はアプリのアルバム（カメラ左下）に入ります。ロールの写真は現像が終わるとアルバムに表示されます。自動保存がオン（初期設定。iPhoneは設定 → 写真に自動保存、Androidは設定 → ギャラリーに自動保存）の場合、DIGIの写真と読み込んだ写真はiPhoneの写真アプリまたはAndroidのギャラリー（Pictures/Pangka）にも保存されます。ロールの写真は現像後に保存できます。
アプリを削除したり機種変更したりすると写真は消えますか？
アプリ内アルバムは端末にのみ保存され、アカウントやクラウド同期はありません。アプリを削除するとアプリ内アルバムも削除されますが、写真アプリやギャラリーに保存済みの写真は残ります。機種変更の前に、残したい写真を保存してください。iPhoneでは新しい端末をiCloudまたはコンピュータのバックアップから復元するとアルバムが戻る場合があります。AndroidではアルバムはGoogleのクラウドバックアップに含まれません。
新しい端末で再度購入が必要ですか？
いいえ。Pangkaを購入したApple Account（App Store）またはGoogleアカウント（Google Play）でサインインすれば、無料で再ダウンロードできます。
日付スタンプを変更・オフにするには？
設定 → 日付スタンプで、LED日付スタンプのオン・オフ、日付の形式、日付の指定ができます。読み込んだ写真には元の撮影日が入ります（日付を指定した場合はその日付、撮影日の情報がない場合は今日の日付）。
シャッター音は消せますか？
Androidでは設定 → カメラ → シャッター音でオフにできます。iPhoneではシャッター音はiOSが再生します。消音モード（着信/サイレントスイッチまたはアクションボタン）に従い、日本や韓国など一部の国のiPhoneでは常に鳴ります。
カメラが起動しない、画面が真っ暗です。
カメラへのアクセスが必要です。iPhoneは設定 → アプリ → パンカ → カメラ、Androidは設定 → アプリ → パンカ → 権限 → カメラで許可してください。カメラへのアクセスがなくても、アルバムから写真を読み込んでPangkaのルックを適用できます。
現像完了の通知が届きません。
端末の設定でパンカの通知が許可されているか確認してください。Androidでは、バッテリー節約の設定により通知が遅れることがあります。通知に関係なく現像は時間どおりに終わるので、アルバム → ロールをご確認ください。
手持ちの写真にPangkaのルックを適用するには？
アルバム右上の読み込みアイコン（下向きの矢印）をタップし、写真を選んでください。8種類のボディを一度に比べて、気に入ったルックで保存できます。
