- License. On the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
- Purchase. Pangka is a paid app: the purchase unlocks every feature currently in the app. There are no subscriptions or ads. You can download it again at no charge with the same Apple Account or Google account.
- Your photos. Photos you take or import with the app are yours, and we never receive them. Please respect other people's rights and privacy when you take and share photos.
- Keep copies of important photos. The in-app album is kept on your device, not on our servers (on iPhone it may also be in your iCloud or computer backup; see the privacy policy), so we cannot recover it if it is deleted or the device is lost. Save photos you want to keep to Photos (iPhone) or your gallery (Android).
- Refunds. App Store purchases: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases: within 48 hours of purchase, request a refund in Google Play (Google Play Help); after that, email attostudio.support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number (it starts with "GPA.") and we will refund it.
- Updates. We may update the app and change or retire features. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

- 환불. App Store에서 구매했다면 Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com)에 요청해 주세요. Google Play에서 구매했다면 구매 후 48시간 안에는 Google Play에서 환불을 요청할 수 있고(Google Play 고객센터), 그 뒤에도 구매일부터 7일 안에 주문번호("GPA."로 시작)를 적어 attostudio.support@gmail.com으로 메일을 보내 주시면 개발자가 환불해 드립니다.
- 업데이트. 앱을 업데이트하면서 기능을 바꾸거나 없앨 수 있습니다. 이 약관은 관련 소비자 보호 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
