- License. On the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
- Virtual items. Acorns, hints and other in-game items are a limited license to use within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are stored on your device only — uninstalling the app removes them, unless your device's backup restores them. "Remove Ads" can be restored on the same Apple ID / Google account with Restore Purchases. If consumable items you bought are lost, we may, at our discretion, restore items from a purchase we can verify with the store, for example by sending a one-time code for your device (see the support page). Restored items follow these same terms. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies and applicable consumer law.
- Updates. We may update the game, change or retire features, and adjust the in-game economy to keep it balanced.

'광고 제거'는 같은 Apple ID / Google 계정에서 구매 복원으로 되살릴 수 있습니다. 구매한 소모성 아이템을 잃어버린 경우, 개발자는 스토어에서 확인할 수 있는 구매에 한해 재량으로 아이템을 복원해 드릴 수 있습니다(예: 해당 기기에서 한 번 쓰는 코드 발송, 지원 페이지 참고). 복원된 아이템에도 이 약관이 똑같이 적용되며, 이 조항은 관련 소비자 보호 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
- 환불은 Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com) 또는 Google Play의 정책과 관련 소비자 보호 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.
- 업데이트. 게임을 업데이트하면서 기능을 바꾸거나 없애고, 게임 경제의 균형을 조정할 수 있습니다.
